Terms of Use

These Terms govern use of Handle It — Executive Office, a property of Oakleaf Park Studio LLC.

Last updated September 8, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms govern use of Handle It. By creating or using an account, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter this agreement and must provide accurate account information. Keep access codes and devices secure. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized use.

3. The Service

Handle It provides a personal Executive Office that helps organize and advance customer-defined outcomes. Available capacity, channels, and features depend on the customer’s tier.

  • Basic and Premium are mobile offerings.
  • Premium Executive includes mobile and authorized web access.
  • Dictate is available on mobile across tiers, and on the web only for Premium Executive.
  • Document upload and review are reserved for Premium Executive.

Current production-phase work can include assessment, research, comparison, preparation of a Decision Brief, preparation of a Hand-off Report after the customer chooses an option, and an accountable customer closeout. Unless the Service expressly states otherwise, Oakleaf Park Studio does not contact vendors, negotiate, make reservations, sign contracts, submit filings, make purchases, or send payments for the customer.

4. Tier capacity and fair classification

Tier eligibility and capacity are based on disclosed, measurable Office workload factors, including active and monthly Agenda volume, number of coordinated workstreams, options per workstream, jurisdictions, decision dependencies, research intensity, document-review requirements, external coordination, and urgency. Customer identity, writing style, sentence length, and protected characteristics are not workload factors.

When an Agenda exceeds a tier, the Service explains the measured reason and preserves the request in an editable field so you may narrow it or choose an eligible tier. Premium Executive is currently the highest available offering. Work exceeding Premium Executive is identified as beyond the available offering.

5. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information you provide; reviewing AI-supported output; confirming current price, availability, eligibility, safety, cancellation, and vendor terms; obtaining professional advice when appropriate; and authorizing and completing consequential actions.

Do not use the Service to violate law, infringe rights, deceive others, obtain unauthorized access, facilitate harm, or upload malicious content. Do not submit information you lack the right to provide.

6. Memberships and billing

Membership details, prices, included capacity, renewal timing, cancellation rights, and platform terms are displayed before purchase. Mobile purchases are processed by the applicable app store and are also subject to that store’s terms.

An accepted Agenda counts toward applicable tier limits even if you do not return to close it out, as disclosed at intake. A request rejected before acceptance does not count unless the purchase terms clearly state otherwise.

7. No professional advice or guaranteed outcome

Handle It provides decision support and administrative preparation. It does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, immigration, engineering, or other licensed professional advice. Research, comparisons, recommendations, timelines, pricing, and availability may change and are not guaranteed. Vendors remain responsible for their own products, services, representations, and transactions.

8. Intellectual property

Oakleaf Park Studio and its licensors own the Service, its design, branding, software, and original materials. You retain rights in content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content only as necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Service in accordance with the Privacy Notice.

9. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the Service, or legal compliance. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion. Terms that by their nature should survive termination remain in effect.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Oakleaf Park Studio disclaims warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability, exclusions, governing law, dispute resolution, and related provisions are undergoing final legal review and will be published here once approved.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves and will provide notice when required. Questions may be sent to studioassistant@oakleafparkstudio.com, or mailed to Oakleaf Park Studio LLC, 333 3rd Ave N PMB 2017, Suite 400, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701, United States.
